I'm glad that you're doing okay, but sorry that your DH took it hard. It's really hard to see their disappointment, isn't it?? I hope your BFP is just around the corner. ((hugs))

I'm sorry too, Tiff. Let's all focus on BFP's for all!!! I'm finally getting back into the game myself... my last cycle got tossed because I somehow missed my surge. grumble. Had a blood test to make sure I actually O'd, which I did, but still had to wait for the next cycle. I went in and saw my RE last week, and she's agreed to put me on clomid and monitoring this cycle. I'm pretty stoked to be doing something more proactive. I would much rather have gone for injectibles, but the cycle fee is a little over twice as much. So I decided to gamble on one shot with clomid and see if it has the desired effect. My AF this month was really REALLY short (but so was my cycle - only 24 days!). I only had real flow for cd1. Cd2 was just spotting, and cd3 was pretty much zippo. Barely even needed panty liners. My temp has been up at LP levels too. It hasn't dropped back down as it should yet, even though I got AF. Guess we'll see what happens tomorrow morning. It's all very odd. Well, that's my update! Looks like I'll be going in for monitoring next Saturday to see how the ol' follies are doing. Crossing fingers this works for me! I'd love to not have to pay out all that extra dough for GonalF cycles. The drugs are totally covered, but the monitoring is not. Sadly. wf |
