I will do my measurements as well...but I like to include my arms and legs too (I carry my weight all over) so when I post them on Friday (28th) I might look like I have OCD.


Goal date is by June 15th! That is the month we will be able to start trying!

Until I get the ok from the cardiologist, all I can do is watch what I eat which in 2 wks has netted me no change

I'm not lol, I didn't do good and have vowed to get serious tomorrow! Are you guys ready to weigh in tomorrow or do you want one more week? lol

HA! I am so lazy! Yeah, I will weigh in tomorrow, but it isn't going to be pretty, I think I have gained weight. Darn lack of self discipline and control! If I wait a week the results will be the same, I need a reality check.

I say go ahead and start tomorrow. It's too easy to keep pushing it off, and I need some accountability now.

I had to go to dr again yesterday for a tendonitis on my elbow area. He was going to ask me to weigh and I told him "next time". He told me that is what I said 2 wks ago lol! I promised I would weigh my next f/u in 2 weeks again...so will have to join you girls for support. We aren't travelling for wrestling for 2 weeks either, so no excuses. Travel and snack bar food can be rough!

DH and I finally ordered an elliptical, and it should be here in about a week. I can't wait to get myself on it and get a daily workout. Really hoping that it'll help get the weight off....and that loosing weight will also help get that BFP.

Leslie...like ellipticals. They are a great workout. Felt so good to workout again today. Now just have to keep it up.

Nancy, I always feel SO GOOD after working out, yet somehow I always seem to avoid it. I'm such a homebody that it's too easy for me to not go to the gym, and well, we live in Washington state, so the weather provides an almost daily excuse to not go for walks/runs outside. I'm really hoping that having a home elliptical will be the best answer for me.

Same here girls, I feel so good after working out and just knowing I am doing something good for my body! I hate I haven't taken the extra weight off since my son was born 4 yrs ago! I have a Spin Bike and a Stepper at home. I LOVE the stepper and the spin bike is ok
