NO, don't take it after O because it can cause problems (makes the uterus contract or something). Just don't take any more for now. You'll be ok. That is why I stopped taking it. I thought for sure I'd forget and keep taking it after O.

Hiya! I am taking FertileAid, FertileAidCM, and I drink a couple cups of FertiliTea every day. They have ALL the stuff that everyone seems to be taking seperately. I have noticed a REALLY good increase in my CM since I started these. It did take a couple of months for my hormones to balance out and to really notice the positive changes, but now it's pretty consistent every month. The nurse at my IUI last time commented on how she could see plenty of EWCM when she was um... looking... in there. Just wanted to share with you all something that really worked for me. There is no evening primrose oil in either supplement, but I suspect it may have been omitted because you're supposed to keep taking both until you get a positive pregnancy test, and then switch to a prenatal. wf
