Well I got back from the sub specialist and he thinks it is ARVD (a pregressive genetic abnormality) or a area that has gotten hyper electric activity. Either way I get more testing done, go back in 2 months with a plan which will entail an ablation, a implanted defribulator, or medicine. Either way we can TTC, but it will make treatment that much harder, so until we get more answers we are not actively trying.

I have no clue what to think. I just got back from the electrocardiologist and now have more questions and anxiety (which is bad thing). They basically don't what is wrong and will do more testing in the next month and I go back in 2 months. He thinks I have ARVD (a genetic progressive heart condition), a as yet unseen abnormality in the heart, or one area has gotten hyper electric sensitivity. Either way it is not good and I will either have to have an ablation or a defibrillator implanted. We can TTC, but that will limit what they can do, which means we will not actively try (but no BC or condoms). The last thing the Dr said to us was that if I pass out they need to know immediately, such comforting parting words

Just started the 2ww today. I've decided I'm not going to POAS this month unless AF is late. I just hate seeing that BFN every month.

I have had some interesting cramps in my lower abdomen in the last hour or two... it feels almost like AF cramps, but more localized. I'm hoping (fingers crossed, knock wood) that it's the beginning of implantation! Dare I hope? I'm still on day 5pIUI, and I guess the usual timeline is 6-10 days or something thereabouts... so i dunno. Guess it's possible. It should be interesting to see if there are any changes tomorrow. Just felt like sharing with someone! Thanks girls! wf

Hi Girls! Update for today - I've had a temp drop a wee bit... two days ago it spiked, then yesterday it dropped, and today was the same as yesterday. Not worried though, it's still well above pre-O temps. Just 'interesting'. I'm currently 8dpIUI. My bb's are sore, but sometimes that happens before AF, and I had a headache for a couple of days, but it petered off sometime this morning. That's about it for 'symptoms'. Got my call from the clinic to come in for beta on the 27th, next Thursday. AF is due 1-2 days before that however (EEK), as my cycle is 26-27 days rather than the standard 28. So as you can guess.... I'm going to be a bit of a nervous wreck next week. I'm already feeling a bit crazy just thinking of it... so I better go busy myself with something else for awhile. LOL! Thanks for the good wishes, Cindy and Anika! I'll take all the vibes I can get. wf ;D

Hi kidz! I'm not sure which one of these three threads in the 2ww section to post in... lol.. so I just picked the one with the most updated entry. I haven't been in for a couple of days, so here's the lowdown: My temp was down @ 98.2 for three days I think it was, then yesterday it spiked back up to 98.6. Today it was 98.4. I POAS'd this morning, but nada. I realized after opening the package that these strips weren't 'early' strips, just regular ones, so they are likely not sensitive enough for pre-AF testing anyway. S'ok. I may go to the drug store today and pick up a few EPT's so I'm covered for the next few days. Beta is Thurs, AF is due Tues/Wed. eek. Bb's have been sore off-and-on, which is definitely weird for me (normally if they get sore during my cycle, it's only for a few days pre-AF, and they just get sore all over, and stay that way constantly until AF shows). This time they have been sore in different places, and it's gotten more, and less, and almost gone, and back again. I know 'symptoms' could go either way this early in the game, but I find it interesting to pay attention to the things my body is doing. And if this IS The One, I want to remember everything right from the start, you know? I'll probably only ever get to have one (and I'll be very thankful for that!), so I want to experience EVERYthing. I hope EOE is doing well out there! wf
