I love quilting. I have been doing it for awhile and someday hope to get orders, but for now I make them as gifts. Recently I started making matching bears and if I ever have another baby, I plan on saving clothes and making a quilt from those. I also make taggie blankets. Attachments:

they are easy to make, just cost a lot for the filler, takes about 1 yrd of fabric or 3 1/3 yrds of various materials. The other issue is mailing them as they do NOT squish well LOl, but I just realized if it is a crafty person I could just send the unfilled bear and they could fill and stitch the back up

Kirsten, I would LOVE to learn how to make quilts! This is so strange, I went to Joanns today to buy some little quarter materials to try and make a tiny quilt as a trial run. My DH runs and wants me to take his old running shirts and make him a quilt. I would love some advice from an experienced quilter. I can crochet and sew but not yet quilt. Amy
