Well my DH had his VR in Aug 10' and I just knew that I would be pregnant quickly after that and here I am still "trying". We have 4 LC and had never had a problem in the past so I just figured it would be a wambam thank you ma'am deal:) I have tried doing OPK's, temping, check cervical fluids and even took b6 and a multi vitamin for about 3 months. At the stage of the game I have stopped all that and just to decided to have sex when around the time that I think that I am Oing b/c timed sex has gotten me no where:). I needed to stop temping because it was begining to stress me out; every morning it seemed as if my temp determined my attitude (is it high enough, oh man its to low). This is my first month not temping since Sept and I feel none of that stress:) SO here I am still wanting a baby and prayful that it will happen soon for us.

Mommylonglegs - there you are! I have not seen you in a long time. Are you still on the BBC board?? I really missed seeing you post.
I also stopped temping as well this cycle. It was driving me insane. We are here for you, as we are all going thru it. Glad to see you.

I know exactly what you mean about expecting to be pg quickly. With all 4 of our children, they were conceived on the very first try (literally, we NEVER had to try a second time), so I assumed that it would be the same way after the VR. I thought I was being a little realistic and thought that it *might* take us a couple months, but yet here we are almost 22 months later, and STILL trying.  I really hope your story is much quicker than mine and you get your BFP soon. ((hugs)) |

Leslie, same here. We never had to try with out children either so thought it would be somewhat easy after the VR too. I still hope it can be if we could just get some decent sperm counts, or any sperm at all |

I've never tried to get pg, so who knows what's in store for me. This trying part SUCKS!

LOL Tiff i know when me and DH decided we were going to start 'trying' for #1 DH though he had a bunch of sex filled months ahead of him but then we got preggo right away, I think he was feeling kinda ripped off lol! Then when we decided to have #2 same thing, I think he got two sex filled months out of #2 though hehe! The the horrible m/s started shortly after and the poor guy barely got any!

Thank you for the welcome ladies! Tiff I had been MIA from too but popped back in to say hi and I had an invite to join you ladies. I tried another board b/c I could access it from work but I just simply didnt feel the love. Glad to be here.
