Be thankful you don't have to lose 5 to just loosen your waistband or a minimum of 10 for it to be noticeable! OR have people tell you that you carry your weight well...for your height! I have always wanted to reply, "wow, I hope that wasn't supposed to be a compliment, because now I really feel fat, sheesh!" or "so what your really saying is that if I am lucky unobservant people won't see that I am packin' fat incognito." or "Hey thanks, these SPANX must really be doing the trick, you should see me in the raw!"
Silliness is how I cope!
I do feel your pain, just in an inverse relationship!

I didn't do well today and i am so bummed. I was going to take an off exercise day today but after three days of eating great blew it today and it's only because we only had crap to eat here And the house won't be filled with the healthiest foods for the next several days if we are home bound too, so the next couple of days don't look good for the diet I'm going to try to do the best I can though!

we went out to Chipotle restaurant thinking it was healthy, but the size of those burritos are enough for 2 people!! I was good and only ate 1/2 of mine, but still felt like a glutton. I still have not done any exercise, but also am having some trouble with the breathing issues with the heart meds. Thinking I may be stuck at 152ish for life :/
