Kirsten, I agree on waiting to until you've given a plan a couple months to have an affect to see if there's been a change in the SA, but yet at the same time, I would also hate to see your DH go through the series of injections if his count would have come up on its own. YK?? His counts weren't all that low for a first post VR SA, and I'm confident that he just needs time to climb.

Leslie- yeah but for him more than the sperm count benefits is the physical issues. He has noticed more issues with DTD and interest and depression, all signs of low testosterone. Getting the injections would help with all that, plus if it helps with the counts... I started using the inhaler every 4-6 hrs today and man did I notice a difference. Still get the wonky heart rate but at least I can breathe

Ahhh, that makes sense then, if it's affecting him whole personality, and not just SA. And yay for feeling better today!

Shel - We did the weekends only thing for 3 years after dh transferred to SC with his job. I stayed in VA trying to sell our house and working there. I hated it so much.
Leslie - He's only gone for a week, but that feels like an eternity to me. After only seeing him on weekends for 3 years I really don't like being apart at all now.
Kirsten - Aren't the benefits of an inhaler wonderful? I've had asthma since infancy so I know first hand how much it sucks to not be able to breathe. Glad the inhaler is helping.
Hi Christie and Jess!

Kirsten - you poor thing. You go through so much. I'm also glad to hear the inhaler is helping.
Cindy - 3 years? Ugh! It has only been 1 year for us and it is rough. Sometimes I think it's because I don't take enough time for myself during the week while he's away. I am with the children 24x7 since we homeschool and I think a little more time away for me might help me. I need to work on that.

Cindy...Sorry your dh is leaving I have a hard time if mine leaves...luckily it isn't very often. Gives you time to tend to your nanny until she is healed up. Just think of how it will be when he gets home...you really won't be able to keep your hands off of him. Christie...Spring??? Hasn't shown here yet, unfortunately. Get one or two nice days and then more snow. Now supposed to be below 0 again this week. Ready for the nice weather to hit here. Sounds like you are right with us in this "wonderful" 2ww. Someone on here needs to get a bfp! Jen...So hard to get back into the exercise routine,,,I am right with ya. Have been faithful for a week and a half or so,,,,feels so good when I am done with it. Now just have to quit eating chocolate Kirsten...Glad to see Dr Hickman got back to you...now just deciding what to do.

Shel....Thanks for motivating me. Did treadclimber and bowflex this am.....ate some chocolate snack candy bars, so made myself do another 35 minutes tonight. Maybe I will eventually get tired of working out to erase the crappy calories I eat lol!

*Happy Dance today** My brother got an apartment and will be moving on Friday. Now we just need to figure furniture out for him ( and dishes, etc). I love my brother, but will be happy to not listen to him snore anymore

Kirsten - Happy to hear that it ended up not being a long term thing with your brother staying with you. Will he still be living close by you?

Yes, Spring Nancy! Its been about 70 degrees this week. Grass is turning green again and flowers are blooming. One of the reasons I love the south! I don't do well with cold. :-)
SO BBC has had another BFP today. Time to spread over to this board! FX we get on here too....:-)

We definitely need a BFP here. I was beginning to get my hopes up this am because AF hadn't shown up yet and my temp was still up, but went to the bathroom earlier and I've started spotting.
Christie - It's been in the 70s here too. Dh called me this morning grumbling because it was in the 30s with flurries in VA. Looking forward to everything Spring except the nasty pollen!

70's would be nice. End of february/March is when I want to live in the south, the rest of the year I like the North. It is sunny and a nice balmy 19 degrees.

Kews- My DH had low testosterone also. We went to a local Uroligist in the beginning for the VR he did a ton of blood work on my DH. After about 3 differnt visits and still had low T he put him on HCG injections. It took about 2 months to bring the levels up. he was at 140-150 he is now at 350 and the Dr saw sperm on both sides so it worked. The Uroligist told us that Testosterone will stop fertility that its teh best birh control. Before you give him anything I would get a second opinion. I googled it also and our Dr was right on with what the internet said. I still give my DH teh injection M,W,F every week. Next month he goes down to half the dose but it worked now we are just sustaining. Good luck!
