Okay, here's our new thread for the week. How did everyone do? I didn't do so hot this week, and had a gain. Might have has a little something to do with the chocolates DH bought me and the peanut butter cookies DD made. Oh well, my elliptical will be here tomorrow, so I'll definitely get my butt in gear for next week's weigh-in. Last week was:151.4 Today's weight: 152.0

still sitting at 152/154 depending on the scale. I am trying to eat better, not as many sweets, smaller portions. Exercising is just real difficult when you can barely breath

Last week: 222 This week: 220
Slowly coming off. Could have been a better week eating, but my grandma wanted to go out to eat twice this week at places that didn't really have healthy options. I have been getting in plenty of exercise though. We have been going to the gym every night as a family. The treadmill will be my new bff before too long lol.

I would love a exercise bike, I could sit and watch tv while I bike and it is not too bad cardio wise

I'm still sitting at the same, I bounce between 146 and 148, I had a pretty rough week, so many things going on, I knew there would not be weight loss. hopefully next week is a better week!

I am also the same--but I know I am starting to puff up with good ol' pms symptoms so maybe I went down a 1/2 or 1# and the water weight is disguising it. Time will tell! We had our school carnival last night so I spent all day running around like a crazy person then even more running for 2 hours during the event! I am sure the jumping up and down off the stage hasn't helped my sore muscles. Sneezing, coughing and sitting up are incredibly painful. I doubt I will be working out today, but we will see.

Went from 170.6 to 170.4, whop de dee! However, as long as it's not a gain Im happy. With it being that time of the month and KING CAKE SEASON, I'm realy happy with that!
