Our RE will not accept a rx from Dr. Hickman, it has to be from a provider. Thankfully my ob/gyn is a provider so he just faxes the script over when we want the SA

I'm thankful as well. Our SA is only $112 too and they bill our insurance.

It is because we are wanting to go to Fertility clinics to get it done, not just a lab. I feel the fertility clinics will do better for us. The one wanted us to be patients and at this time we do not need to be, we are calling the other clinic tomorrow Our first SA was done at a fertility clinic our doctor referred us to that he worked with for his VR patients, but to use them again we would have to travel 2 hrs away just to do this, and we are not going to! Too far and it only took DH 15m the last time to do his thing and get done LMAO, so driving 4 hrs total for 15 min is crazy to me

Ok, so we called another well known Fertility clinic around here the 'Sher Fertility Institute' and our SA appointment is made finally lol..... Monday, Feb. 21st... and I made sure to have DH ask if they do actual sperm counts and none of that considering it zero if just under a million and they said they absolutely do EXACT counts, even under 1mil!

I know right! I mean making the SA appointment is just the first step. I am not going to get my hopes up, I can't. At this point I am going to think negative and maybe something positive will happen lol, really though I have no idea what this SA is going to say! I will be happy with any, even under 1mil I would be happy!

Jen, let's pray for at least 10M cause then you could do IUI if you wanted But I say it will be over 20M

I would love excellent counts but with the first being zero I'm not real hopeful, even though DH's doctor didn't seem too alarmed cause he said he sees it all the time, when the testes just take some 'time' to wake up....but I don't know- we shall see! We are open to IUI though
