I'm out! Had 3 HEAVY days of AF. It was so weird. My boobs hurt so bad (not sore) I was late a couple of days and then got the worst bleeding I have ever had with bending over cramps and lots of clots ;9 i wonder if there was something there. I never tested again after 11 DPO and now i wish i would of. Something just didn't seem right with this cycle. I have never bled that heavy before and had so many clots and I never clot.

Jen, I'm so sorry. I had one cycle like that too, where things just didn't seem normal, and AF arrived a couple days late. My DH and I have both wondered if I was indeed pg. I can't decide if I wish I was that time or not. It's not that I would ever wish to lose a baby, but it would be nice, in a weird way, to know that I *can* get pg. YK??

Jen, it may just be that you had a thicker lining last month. I've had really heavy AFs for the past couple cycles and I know I wasn't pg. I do know my lining was thick because the RE mentioned it during my baseline u/s. In fact, I think that may be the reason I did NOT get pg last cycle. The embryo can't burrow into a lining that is too thick. Everyone is different, though. When I had my first m/c at 5-6 weeks last June, I only bled for 1.5 days so I don't know how much you can really tell from blood flow. I do understand what you mean about knowing that you can get pg. I actually felt that way about the first m/c. I was still sad, but knowing I could get pg was a comfort at that time, if that makes sense. I will say that comfort was short lived because it did not help with the 2nd and 3rd. Have you considered seeing an RE? Our VR doc had actually recommended we go if we did not get pg by 6 months. Since you and your DH were so fertile before you may want to see if things have changed. My DH and I got pg on the first try with all our kids and never thought we'd have a problem (don't we all). Then, came the unexplained secondary infertility...it's something to consider.

The 2 WW has officially ended! I started something that resembles my AF yesterday evening. So hopefully it finishes up quick and can be logged down and out the way! :-)

Great attitude, Christie! I have a feeling AF is on her way to my house, too I was pretty hopeful with this cycle, but PMS is starting to kick in today.
