Want mine to have better habits than I had as a teen. Snowed again here, but supposed to be nicer this week, so plan on hitting the trail....so need it! Hello to EOE! Hope all is well. Productive weekend, but as usual Monday comes all too soon. Starting off the week with my new positive attitude,,,,we'll see how long it lasts

Kirsten--you just created, an uhhh...well let me say I am glad I had finished my pudding snack before reading that!!!
Your kids will remember that forever--just imagine--graduation--"hey remember when mom pooed on the coach and dad had to clean it up!"
Sorry that happened to you and I commend your bravery for sharing and I wish you nothing but clear paths and straight shots to the potty!

Happy Lundi Gras Ya'll! Spending the day making sandwiches, snack bags, jambalaya, and picking up the worlds best king cake in a little while. And yes there will be long lines for king cakes today!
Happy Birthday to my middle child...Mallory turns 9 today!
Still awaiting AF, 2 BFN confirm nothing but a late cycle. Ticks me off really! On CD30 and plenty of sypmtoms like AF is coming but no show. Just get it over with already! I broke down and bought some internet O test so I can try and time things a little next cycle. No clue when I O'd this past month so we'll see how tracking goes for the next cycle.
Wow Kews is all I can say. :-)
Mandy- Have I mentioned how talented you are at photography? Your weekly shots of your boys are heart warming. Such innocence at play. Love candid photo shots!
Mandy M- Don't forget to make your jambalaya!
Shel- Isn't the human body miraculous to be able to pinpoint when things are going to happen like that! I'm so hopeful for you this cycle!
Merilee- If I remember correctly, didn't your DH have some sort of episode not that long ago that he had to be rushed to the ER? How is he? I think that's the last time I saw you post on BBC. I hope things are better now. That was scary! Good to see you on here!
Nancy, Tiff, Leslie, Carrie, Jenn, Misty and EOE...Happy Monday to all!
Check in later on today!

sporty, UGH on AF! It's too bad there isnt something we can do to just make it get here and then over. I have months like that where I am like COME ON ALREADY! Thank you for the sweet compliments on my photography! Youre sweet! My editing computer is getting updated so I have been without it for a week. Yikes! Hopefully getting it back today. It is a fun hobby. I actually photographed a 2yr olds bday last weekend. It was fun. Happy Birthday to Mallory! I am sure you have fun stuff planned for her!
Nancy, what to rub some of that positive energy this way! Wow I had no idea getting my AF would effect me every month now, but it kinda does. blah.
Hello EOE hope youre having a great Monday! Things here are good. Me and my little one are eating breakfast together. We just got home from taking my 5 yr old to pre-school and running to the grocery store. My little one gets carsick EASY so we have to stop and take a breather sometimes. Poor little boy! He's been like this since he was about 9mths.

Misty – I’m sorry your parents are such a destructive force in your parenting! Unless you are abusive, it’s none of their business how you handle things. That’s so hard to deal with – especially since you’ve spoken to them about it and they won’t change! It sounds like you need to cut off contact with them again for a while. It’s not an ideal situation, since it will start up again when the kids start seeing/speaking to them again, but at least it will help things right now. Tiffani – 2 inches is a lot to me, too! (doesn't that sound a little dirty? LOL!!!) I’m getting mine done next week and that’s about what I’m planning to take off, too. I thought about going SHORT, like to my shoulders) but in the end decided I don’t actually want to. So I’ll just have a good, solid trim, some layers and some highlights Shel – I’ve heard the trigger REALLY makes you feel pregnant! I hope there’s a little bean in there, making you feel pregnant, too! Good luck with DH’s interview! I know how much you would love for him to be at home with you! All that travel is so hard. You are not complaining too much, btw - it's hard to be miserable, it's okay to mention it - OCCASIONALLY! That's all you've been doing, so no worries! Jenn – How nice of your parents! I bet your DD felt so special! I had a period like that after a late AF a few months ago…I wondered the same thing. It’s hard not to. I hope you get feeling better soon and that AF doesn’t stay for too long. Carrie – LOL about your library book! A few weeks ago my DS asked for a Curious George movie from the library. When it came time to return it, the case was NO WHERE. So weird for us, because the kids don’t play with the cases…DH or I always put movies in the DVD player and the case goes right next to it. So anyway, we search for it for two weeks, and FINALLY I returned it and paid the replacement cost on the case (just $5, so not a big deal.) Then, later on the SAME DAY I’m putting some finger paintings of DS’s in the box I keep of his school stuff and guess what I find? The case. DH was like “how did it get there?” I was all “ummmm….it had to be me.” I guess that’s what I get for doing 20 things at a time!!! Kristen – OMG, girl, is there no TMI for you?! LMAO! I’m…glad you’re okay? Good call on running to the bathroom for everything…the last thing you want is a repeat performance! Your poor family! Christie – Thanks for the reminder! I actually remembered last night – but just barely! I’m excited – mardi gras is fun, even if it is just the family on a Tuesday night! I’m going to bring up the masks and make banana’s foster for dessert, too Mandy – That’s so hard for your LO to get carsick like that! My DH got carsick as a kid, too, apparently. You’d never know it now, but his mom tells me stories sometimes…lol! You are a good mommy to give him breaks. Does anything help? Eating ice helps me when I'm carsick. Is that weird?! AFM - I’m 5DPO, I think. Doing my best not to think about it this week! Today I am meeting Stacy (from the longhaulers board – she in town visiting a friend) for lunch and late this afternoon I have Girl Scouts. Lots to do to get ready for that, so I should get started on it all. I have to make a dentist appt this week…I hate the dentist with a passion, but I have a toothache that’s not going away and I’m betting it needs a root canal. Hooray. Happy Monday! I hope everyone has a great week!

Hey Mandy, that is so cool that you and Stacy are meeting up. How is she doing with the DS? She and I always seemed to be on the same cycle.
Christie - I went to Mardis Gras about 8 years ago and it was an interesting experience, to say the least. My BFF got married in N.O. I had no idea what I was getting myself into, lol.

Girls, you're so quiet over here today! I hope everyone is doing well.
I had my follie scan this morning and my lining was 11.7, and I have 1 follicle on the right side that's 19! I'm so happy to see that everything is going well in there. I have my IUI scheduled for tomorrow at 11:30, and I'm a huge mix of emotions right now! I'm nervous and excited all at the same time, and trying my hardest to keep my hope in check, but that's not going very well right now. lol

YAY, YAY, and SUPER YAY, Leslie!! I am praying for you, girlie!! I want to hear all about the IUI because we'll go that route next cycle if this one is a bust.

Shel, I'll definitely let you know how it goes. The IUI is only 17 hours away!! Not that I'm counting. lol If this cycle doesn't work then we're going to go medicated next time, but I'm so hoping that we don't even have to worry about it. We have just over 3 weeks until we hit the 2 year mark for TTC after the VR, and I would SOOO love to be pg before then.

mandym--I also hate dentists . In fact I went 10 years without going and decided I better go as I was having tooth sensitivity to hot and cold. My dentist gave me a hard time and said how I probably had cavities and that was causing the pain. Nope not a one he just told me to use a toothpaste for sensitive teeth. That was right before I was pg with last DS. When I went back he said "weren't you supposed to be here about 6 months ago" and I responded "yes, but I would rather go through 9 months of misery and 8 hours of hell than come to you to get my teeth cleaned, so I got pg as an avoidance tactic." He looked at me dumbfounded and I told him "at least I get something great out of that and all I get from you is hell & misery x 10 all crammed into 30 minutes and stupid toothbrush! Now he gives me floss too. yippee! He has been my dentist since I was really little. Yes I do think L & D au naturale is easier that having my teeth cleaned--the scraping, picking, digging--AAAHHHH!! It is so ironic that I have such good teeth and my DH, DD and ODS have a genetic tooth condition that make their enamel shear off and crappy dentin--it really is so unfair. They are the unlucky 50%. My youngest was the lucky 50%. Darn bluetooth vikings! Hope you visit is as quick and painless as possible!

Leslie - Good luck tomorrow. I will pray that all goes well with the IUI. I don't know how you have kept your sanity for almost 2 years of TTC. I'm only a little over 6 months and sometimes think I'm going to go crazy with this.
Shel - How are you feeling? Praying for the job for your dh. That would be so nice for him to not have to travel all of the time with his job. Staying hopeful for you this cycle.
Mandy and Nancy - Sorry AF is/has shown up for y'all. Why can't she just stay away from all of us for 9 months?
Jen - Sorry she showed up for you as well. Are you all settled in the new house yet? Trying to get everything unpacked and organized is the worst thing about moving for me.
Christie - Happy Birthday to your dd. How was your king cake? Making it to Mardi Gras one day is also on my bucket list. I've been to New Orleans pre-Katrina and loved my time there. Looking forward to going back some day.
Kirsten - How was the birthday party? Was your dd upset that you did cupcakes instead of the cake that she wanted?
Mandym- How was your lunch with Stacy? I think that's really cool that y'all were able to meet IRL. Hope you had a good time.
Tiff- Has dh gone to IN yet to find y'all a house? Glad you've had a few showings on your place already. KMFX that it's a good sign that it will sell quickly.
AFM - Anxiously waiting for our SA results to see if we have any sperm. The lab told dh they would have the results today, but the doctor's office didn't receive them yet. The nurse told dh that the lab normally takes longer than that so who knows when we will get them. Hopefully soon so I can quit stressing about it. I told dh to request a copy of the results if the count isn't zero and he asked me why. I told him that I needed to post the results on here so I could get y'alls expertise on how good/bad the results were. Will post the results as soon as I get them. Oh and I pulled a muscle in my back at work today so I'm laying on the heating pad trying to get some relief. If it's not one thing it's another with me. UGH!

Leslie- good luck tomorrow. That will be so exciting, though I would be on pins and needles. Hope to see great results in a two weeks.
Shel- when do you test again? I pray DH gets that job, it will be such a relief to you to have him home more.
Tiff- hope the house sale and move go well. Do you have jobs already set up there?
Cindy- the party was ok, though she did not like the taste of the cake. I realized again at 3:300 am why I HATE sleepovers. Let me say 6 10 yr old girls is a headache. Hope your SA comes in fast and with great numbers. So sorry about your back, do you ever see a chiropractor? DH and I swear by one.

Mandy...My dh is really into Joel Osteen, so he records him and watches him when he works out. Every once in awhile he tells me I need to watch one and that was what it was yesterday. Was about focusing more on the positive things I have in my life instead of the negative like I seem to sometimes do. Not always easy Shel....Praying that you won't need IUI next month...this one has to be it I am so bad at keeping up lately. Trying to get a workout in before I sit down to do persies, but that plan hasn't worked yet today lol! Try and get back later and try and catch up with more of you. Happy Monday...ugh
