okay so...I know this is going to sound crazy...do prenatal vitamins affect your period in any way? I started taking them recently and now I am late. (I am not preggo cause DH just had VR done 2 weeks ago and no DTD since then yet). I am never late. I shouldve started on Tuesday and havent. Any ideas?

No, they don't, but everyone seems to have a strange cycle after the VR.

Totally agree with Shel! My cycles went nuts the minute we scheduled the VR. I had been exactly 28 days, no matter what for years, then we put our day on Dr. W's calendar, and all Hell broke loose. My cycle was all over the place! 25 days, 27 days, 31 days... it was nuts.
I also had a long cycle 1 month post VR.

No I do not believe they do, but I agree with the girls, your first cycle after the VR can be crazy. It was my longest ever 45 days and I NEVER go that long, next month was back to normal though....

Vitamins never effected my cycle, but my first cycle with the VR started 2 days before the VR and lasted 44 days with no ovulation, I was going crazy. Like Jenn, the next month I was back to normal
Do you temp or anything to know if you ovulated?

I agree that it is probably the stress. Personally, whenever I make a dietary change including taking different vitamins or quantity of vitamins, my cycle is effected. 2 months ago I started taking new vitamins and my cycle went wonky! In my previous 3 pregnancies the month I started prenatals my period either came way late or days early--otherwise I was like clockwork. I do know I am very sensitive to drugs, so I might be just weird. Stress does get to me but it seems to just make PMS worse instead of making me late or early.

Thanks for all the answers and insight. It is so strange to me because I have always run like clockwork --28 days. I also have never really been affected by stress before in this way. I had very light spotting this morning so I am thinking AF is coming....I had tender boobs for about 3-4 days last week but not now?? Oh and I have a killer headache today.... I guess I was a little hopeful that I was pregnant even tho it is crazy We have decided not to wait until July or August to start trying...DH is totally on board to start ASAP. We are still waiting for him to be totally healed tho. The right side is good but left had a bigger incision and is still healing some.
