hi I am new to this site just joined, just looking for information and support through this process. My Fiancee is going in tomorrow for his reversal, it has been 12 years since the vasectomy. I am 32 and he is 39, he has already had 3 kids, I have had none. Can anyone give any advice for the immediate post-op care, or how long is reasonable to start trying and / or expect pregnancy to happen. I have taken at home ovulation tests, which have came up positive, so am hoping for the best.
