Hello! I am 54, had my VR 15 months ago. So far no pregnancy. The reason appears to be low sperm motility and progression. In other words, my swimmers are bad and lazy. What puzzles me is this: I had two pregnancies, one in 2017 and another just before my vasectomy in 2018. Somehow, my sperm was good enough then, but in just 2 years changed to being so damaged that only IVF is an option. What could the factors be for this? The VR is a purely mechanical process, so if it worked then my sperm should be as good as it was before, more or less.
Maybe I have one good and one bad testicle, and the reversal only worked on the tubes from the bad testicle? Any advice or perspective is appreciated.
