well the cardiologist just called me and I guess that the halter monitor was not good. He said I had numerous runs of over 4 PVCs in a row and a few in my sleep of over 35!! I have to see a electrocardiologist tomorrow and from now on I am not allowed any caffinated beverages. I also go on a beta blocker. I forgot to mention to him that we were TTCing so will have to mention that tomorrow

I have no clue what to think. I just got back from the electrocardiologist and now have more questions and anxiety (which is bad thing). They basically don't what is wrong and will do more testing in the next month and I go back in 2 months. He thinks I have ARVD (a genetic progressive heart condition), a as yet unseen abnormality in the heart, or one area has gotten hyper electric sensitivity. Either way it is not good and I will either have to have an ablation or a defibrillator implanted. We can TTC, but that will limit what they can do, which means we will not actively try (but no BC or condoms). The last thing the Dr said to us was that if I pass out they need to know immediately, such comforting parting words

thanks. I just cannot even think right now, add to that that we did the SA this morning and while we were out today we got a call from the lab, but no message....

You have so much going on right now! Try to take it easy the best you can, I know that can be hard!

Sooo sorry to hear this. What do they want you to do?? When do you find out about SA now?

Ugh, I'm so sorry that you didn't get better news, or parting words. Are they doing anything to try to help it, other than having you come back in for more testing later? I hope they're able to get it all figured out soon, and that whatever is going on isn't anything major.
Oh, and GL on the SA. I hope it comes back with fantastic numbers.

You just can't catch a break! Hopefully the beta blocker will help stop the PVCs. Have you gotten your SA results back yet?

We get the SA results tomorrow (1/20). I meet with my ob/gyn and will let him know what is up. Guess the clomid will be out for now though :/
Right now for my heart it is wait and see. The beta blocker makes the PVCs less prominent but they are still there.
Funny thing is the call from the lab was actually from the day before reminding us of the appointment.
