My DH is taking Men's One A Day, Fish Oil, Extra Vitamin E and C and MACA right now. He was taking Fertility Blend before his first SA (which still came back zero) and took FertilAid a while back, but we ran out.
I just take a good multi-vitamin and fish oil (most the times)

DH and I both were on FertileAid, until we found out it wasn't doing anything for him anyway.... now it's just me.  I'm on FertileAid, FertileAidCM, and I drink a couple cups of FertiliTea every day. It really seems to have made a positive difference in my cycle! I have much better, and much more CM, and my cycle feels more like it did in my teens/twenties these days. My energy level is also much better in general, and so are my moods. I don't want to STOP taking these things.. they do good things for me! Had tons of EWCM around O, which bodes well for the IUI... so it's doing its job! wf ;D |

My DH is on a men's one a day, flaxseed oil and zinc. He also uses mucinex around O time to help thin things out and boost motility.
I'm taking flaxseed oil, zinc, calcium, D3 COQ10 and prenatals.

DH is on One A Day, B-6, Folic Acid and Vit C.
Me - Prenatal, Fish Oil, B6, Folic Acid, EPO and Baby Asprin.
Preseed (love it)

DH: Just went from way too many pills to Fertility Blend and a multivitamin
Me: Prenatal, baby aspirin, and follic acid. Also, avoiding caffeine and refined sugars.

Oh, and I forgot that DH is also on COQ10 and fertilaid. So that brings his total to:
COQ10, Fertilaid, mens' one a day, zinc and flaxseed oil, with mucinex around O. I'm also going to be adding in calcium for him next week, and I'd like to get him on a higher dose of C as well.

On the info we got from Dr R, it says at the bottom to look at taking fb too. I told my dh that and he said Dr R asked him if he was taking that....so makes me think with them promoting it, it must help
