Hi everyone!
I'm Kelly (29). My DH (also 29) had his V about 7 years ago while with his ex-wife. He told me about it from the beginning of our relationship and I was OK with it. I have an almost 7-year-old DS from a previous relationship and DH is such an awesome stepdad. Well, about a year ago I started getting some major baby fever. I kept it to myself for a couple months but finally came clean with DH. I was so happy and relieved when DH immediately said he'd be open to a VR. After much research and prayer, we had the VR done with Dr. Wilson last Aug.
DH's 4-month SA results were great, but now unfortunately the problems seem to be with me.
We had to take 2 months off TTC because I had surgery to remove a parasitic fibroid tumor. I've also been dealing with spotting/bleeding for 1-2 weeks before my period every month since going off BCP a year ago. Keeping fingers crossed, I finally saw some improvement with this last cycle, on a doubled dose of Prometrium and drinking red raspberry leaf tea 3x's a day.
I'm hopeful that we might finally have our problems under control and might have our first real shot at a BFP this month.
It's great to have a group of ladies to talk to who have been through some of the same things!
