I am going to try to loose weight, though the idea of loosing weight and then getting preg scares me. My past pregnancies have had Hyperemesis Gravidarium and I have lost a lot of weight.
Either way I started a week ago at 154 lbs. Thursday I was down to 150 lbs.
What am I doing? Right now just cutting out sweets as part of a 3 wk fast and trying not to eat as much.

That's great Kirsten! I have some baby weight to still loose and yes my 'baby' is 4 lol! I was tiny to begin with (before kids) and just kept some on with each 5. I have about 30 to loose as well to get back close to pre-babies weight. I know how you feel though, the thought of loosing weight and getting pregnant is scary!

We should do like a weekly weigh in here once we get some more people! Maybe that will get me/keep me motivated!

that would be great. I was 110 when I got pregnant with DS (now 12) and after he was born I was 120. With ODD I was 135 when she was born, went down to 125, with YDD I was 150 when she was born went down to 135 which I stayed at till about 3 yrs ago and then I put on 15 lbs!!! Now I really need to start loosing, but until the PVCs stop, exercise is hard.

I was about 105-110 before I started having kids too and my oldest will be 12 in two weeks. I stayed in the 130's until my last baby 4 yrs ago and I am now 145 (but only 5'3")!! ugh So anyway, I would love to get my butt motivated and loose some weight!

Yeah, I'm not crazy about it either. When i do get motivated lol, I have some stuff here at home I use. I have a stepper machine and spin bike. I actually don't mind the stepper but hate the spin bike. I use it though cause it does help, they both do. It's just the eating good stuff that gets me!

I have done weight watchers before. I weigh 120ish now. I wasnt "heavy" but I was unhappy with the way my clothes fit and was causing insecurities. I ate the type of food I wanted but was very careful with portion control and counted points.
I can give anyone the "mathematical recipe" to count points for weight watchers if you want! It worked for me and my family.

I have never tried WW. I lost 30 lbs about 2 years ago (and gained it right back) by watching what i was eating and exercising. I know what to do, it's just a matter of getting motivated, which I have had a really hard time doing for some reason lately

I have a hard time exercising (too busy, I guess). I think everything that we have all been going through comes out physically in us as well. Some with weight, some depression, acne, etc....
I will pray for you and support you!

Stress comes out on me as weight gain and depression for sure which then leads me to not wanting to exercise and eat bad, that really does not help!

Yikes you gals are some tiny things! I also would like to lose 30-40 pounds. I am 5'11" on my short days so the thought of 110# would be me minus a limb! God built me sturdy, some tall girls are willowy...I am more of an oak tree! Once upon a time at 13% body fat I weighed in at 175 if that gives you an idea. Anyway, I would love to try the weigh in thing. I am currently 229 (darn water weight), but it is more like 225. I want to be down to at least 195 before we ttc this summer.
