Carrie - I weighed in at 219.8 yesterday! DH is deployed until mid-March so I'm gonna try to be at an even 200 by the time he gets back.

I have about 50 lbs. that I want to drop. Trying to get my self motivated to get back into the gym. I can't do any upper body strength training yet due to my shoulder surgery, but I can surely walk on the treadmill or do the spin cycle. My dd wants me to do a kick boxing or zumba class with her. Have any of y'all ever done either of these?

I have been trying to watch what I eat, but have not lost anything. I am not allowed to do exercise right now, so that plus winter makes it hard

Take a good diet plan for the weight loss. I think soup diet will help you to burn your excess fat and lose your body weight. Also do some exercise in form of jogging, running, and push ups for getting an ideal weight.

You are going good keep maintaining it but don't leave eating healthy things i mean its good to eat specific food but take vegetables and fruits because they are necessary for the body when it comes to nutrition.
