DH and I started it tonight. Holy crap it's hard! I'm so going to hurt tomorrow! But my goal is to wear a bikini for the first time ever this summer when we go on vacation. I've never worn a 2 piece. I lost about 35 pounds last year, gained about 15 back over the last 6 months (I'm a stress eater) so I have about 30 pounds to lose again.

I have it. We did it about half way through (42 days) last year before we gave up. I'd like to try it again. It is tough, but a great work out. I think I will start it tomorrow - Thanks for the inspiration!

I ran 4 miles this am, but won't get to P90x until after co-op today. I think I'm going to start with cardio. What are you doing today?

I have Plyometrics tonight. I have to wait a little bit because we had a big dinner (we had a meeting we attended). My armpit joints hurt, lol and my upper abs. But it's a good hurt

Ok, I'm a bum. I only got to it once last week I was hoping to work it in on my cross training days, but I was not feeling well most of the week and went skiing on the other cross training day. If it makes you feel better, I'm very achey from the 8-miler I just ran. How did you like Plyometrics? I loathe that one! The yoga and kempo are my favorites, but I have to put them on the mute setting (instruction only). I think I'll do the yoga tomorrow. Either that or stretch X
