It's now been 21 months since our VR, and we're still here trying to get that elusive BFP. I still 100% believe that I'm going to get pg again, but right now I feel numb to the disappointment that comes each month. It's been so long know that I think my heart is just getting used to the pain.

Leslie I am with you on the numb feeling and I have only been at it for 11 months. I really hope to see you post a BFP soon!

2.5 yrs post VR for me... zero count, poor sperm quality when we attempted IVF (what a waste of 12k). We moved on to IUI w/ds... details in my sig below. I feel good that I'm back to moving forward on this. It was definitely necessary to have a break for a few months and get 'back to myself' more. It's so easy to get lost in this struggle. Hang in there girls! Persistence is key! wf ;D

We hit the one year mark yesterday! While I have felt the joy of a BFP, I am a "habitual aborter not currently pregnant" as my first bill from the fertility doc states. I'm anxious to see if baby aspirin, folic acid, and a healthy diet devoid of caffeine can change that "habit". I hope all you girls get your BFP and more importantly, that you have happy and healthy pgs.

So hard to make it to that one yr anniversary I remember it well from our first VR...so hoping it changes this time, but hard to stay positive month after month like we all know. I am just hoping meds will help get things moving enough to try IUI.

We are trying again and I am excited about it. Now that I know everything is "normal" it is time to have another go at ttc. I ordered my preseed and OPKs and am ready to seriously try. Praying for all you girls.

Shel - how much Folic Acid are you taking? I'm afraid I'm not taking enough. 800mg/day/

Tiff - I'm taking 800mcg in addition to the 1000mcg in my prenatal. I had my homocysteine levels checked and they are normal so I don't need the extra high dose that some women need (4MG). Are you taking a prenatal?
