I always find it helpful to track what I eat when i am serious about loosing weight. I have used Livestrong Daily Plate for several years now! It helps me so much so I wanted to share the link. As soon as I get back working out I plan to use the site again, oh and it's free. www.livestrong.com/myplate/ and if you join send me a friend request, I love following my friends on there www.livestrong.com/profile/wahmof5/

I was before we moved, and I need to start again. I use www.myfitnesspal.com/ and I really like it (it's free as well).

I'm on WW so I HAVE to write it all down. I've tried the free sites but honestly kept slacking off. I guess since I have to pay for WW it motivates me to use the program. I know, sounds weird!

Leslie I use myfitnesspal as well. I even have it on my phone so I can keep track of what I eat while I'm at work. I especially love the bar code scanner with that option so I can scan the food and have it added instantly.

Cindy, I have the app as well to use when I'm out and about. It's a really great tool to have and use.....I just need to actually start using it again.

I move to raw foods or veggies foods when I want to lose my body weight. I mostly eat fresh fruits such as orange, apple, pear, grapefruit, berries etc. and raw vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, spinach, and cucumber for the weight loss.
