So when you guys are dieting/exercising what do you eat for breakfast? I usually just have toast or something small. I know breakfast is the most important meal but when i eat a big breakfast I don't seem to loose as much, maybe it's just in my head lol! Curious what everyone else does?

My normal breakfast is a green smoothie, but when I want something warm I'll make some oatmeal.

I usually have one of the following: a bowl of oatmeal, yogurt and a piece of fruit, or a bowl of Kashi cereal.

An english muffin with peanut butter, greek yogurt, and a piece of fruit. Simple and it keeps me satisfied until snack time.

My dr says eggs are what she wants me to eat for breakfast, so that's what we have. Since I am anti-vegies, I usually have omelet with shredded zuccini and green chiles. They are two I tolerate Love it and it keeps me full longer.

I eat some veggies foods and some protein foods in my breakfast while on dieting. Mostly I take apple, orange juice, and egg in my breakfast. This breakfast helps to burn the excess fat and maintain the body weight.

I eat cup of fruit smoothie in breakfast including raspberry ketone or some times bowl of sweetened brown rice. Also glass of fresh juice.
