Sportykids – I’m so glad your DH made it through and everything looks good! It’s just a matter of time, now!
Leslie – I think Beastly looks good, too!
Ash –your day with DH sounds like so much fun. A day at the spa and lunch out…without the kids…lucky you! Hope your BDing was awesome, too!
Jenn – Get that SA done! I’m dying to know what your numbers are!
Kristen – I’m sorry you’re still having so much trouble with your heart! I’m praying that you get it all figured out soon.
AFM – I missed you girls, so I came by to check in! I’m having a weird cycle – Oing late, but at least I’m Oing! So thrilled it’s Friday…I needed a weekend!

Hi Ladies,
I can't keep up with all these different VR boards so I decided to close my BabyCenter account. So, I am hoping to keep up with all you ladies over here. I just have too much to do at home to be spending all this time on the Internet. I think sticking to just one board is the way to go for me.
I have good news. My DH just found out that he will be working from home all next week except for a meeting in Raleigh on Wed (O day) I am just thrilled!!! I just can't believe this is coming together like this.

That is great news Shel about DH. I understand about the boards, it is alot. I am a GO on one board on BBC, member of 3 others, on here and a moderator of another forum. I do enough now for a full-time job, but I like it too.

Kews, Yeah, that would be way too much for me. I have just been so obsessed with ttc, m/c, sperm, testing...it's too much. I need to re-focus on things around here. Homeschooling is about to get pretty intense since my DS14 has a national latin exam, debate tournament, AP Bio exam, and SAT II Bio test coming up in the spring. I can't be distracted by all these boards. I end up staying up all night when I should be sleeping and then I'm not fully functional during the day, KWIM? So, I think sticking to just one highly organized board for support is much more manageable. I will miss the gals who have not moved over here, but who knows maybe more will do so?

I hear ya. At least your children are in school. I find myself on here reading every time I'm in between lessons and that is just NOT ok for me. Like I said, it has become an obsession and I don't like to obsess. I just need to reel it in a bit.
So what are you going to do about ttc now that you've been having all these issues with your heart? Are you avoiding at this point? What does the dr. say?

When I said here, I mean Baby Center. I was reading tons of m/c and RPL boards in addition to the two VR boards. There's a board for everything and it is so distracting.

Shel our sperm numbers are so in the toilet that the dr told us to not even bother with BC!! We are on hold (in the sense that we will try to skip the days I am fertile) but other than that if it happens we will deal with the medical issues and be thrilled.
The cardio said that it would just mean closer monitoring and not having the same options with treatment.

I don't know, Kirsten. There were a couple of ladies that got pg with none seen. Anything can happen.

Yeah I know. But I am out this past month (today was CD1) and I will be calling the dr next week to see what the results were (hoping he will tell me something over the phone) and I see him again on 2/15 right when I O (shoogloo I thought I was gonna have a few days on that one). Maybe I should call to see if I can push it up again LOL

Oh, yeah good idea. That way he can tell you for sure whether or not it is safe to ttc. I'm praying for you. I really hope you get some answers. DH is home from Chicago so I am going to go spend some time with him now

Shel...Nice to see you are staying here so we can stay caught up on you Saw on bbc that you had closed your account...don't blame you. I have had way too much time on the computer lately between fb and all the boards. Finally made myself shut it off for awhile and get a work out in...bbc has made me fat lol! Just got script in mail from Dr Roeder, so heading out now to fill it. Yea! We can get started on prednisone tomorrow. Have to stay positive and pray that it helps! Have had him on aleve since we had the last count, so maybe that helped too.

Shel- the cardiologist already told us we could TTC, just it would be more complicated. On the other hand the OB said no way LOL. I will go with the cardiologist since it is the heart issue that is complicating it. Either way I just have this feeling that for now God's answer on a baby is gonna be no, though would love HIM to prove me wrong.
Nancy- I know what you mean about spending too much time here. I also am getting fat. Thing is I HATE working out when my family is here and since Dh is home now, I won't work out.
AFM~ I am having a really hard time between financial issues, the heart issues and TTC issues. On top of that I seem to have no one in RL besides my hubby to talk to. We have one set of friends that we get together with, but the wife and I are not overly close (though she knows all of the heart/ttc stuff), just don't feel close. But with all that is going on (and quite a few know some) not one person has called, IM'd or emailed to see how we are doing or anything. In that vein I am considering giving up FB cause I think too many people use that for an excuse not to be face to face friendships (not counting those out of state relationships)

Kirsten...I think that is how so many people anymore "talk". It drives me crazy with my youngest dss....about 8,000 txts a month! What kind of relationships do they form? Wish things were better for you and everything didn't hit at once. Isn't that the way it always goes. Prednisone is filled and starting in the am. So praying that this will help. Trying to stay positive about it, but it sometimes is hard to do. See you all later...must go workout. 3 days in a row is a record for me lately. Used to do it everyday without fail, but not so much lately
