Hey!
Wow, everyone's talking snow storms and here its 72 degrees today. We do expect temps in the 30's Thursday though, which is really cold here. The wind is kicking and there has been a tornado watch issued with the 90% chance of rain today.
Jenn- glad to hear your prepared for the worst and hopefully it won't affect ya'll very much. Stay warm!
Tiff- good luck on Friday! We'll all be waiting on the edge of our seats till you post!
There's so many supposed tell tale signs of pregnancy, but to be honest they are easy to miss or mis interpret. I never knew I was pregnant till about 12 weeks for my last, and that was after 2 pregnancies. I had very light bleeding come time for my period so I never thought anything of it. (Now granted, I was on BC for all 3 of my pregnancies and they were all far from planned!) I went to my dr. for my annual checkup and was able to hear the heartbeat! Talk about a wild visit and wide aray of emotions! Don't put too much stock in things. They will often surprise you! Everyone has their own story.
Nancy- Really hope that the Prog gives you the ingredient ya'll need to make this a successul month!
Kews- here's to a great Valentine's day celebration with your DH under the sheets!
DH is a bit concerned today, it's 6 days post VR and today has swelling on his actual penis!!! The swelling and color of the scrotum area is almost back to normal. It's more prominent on the left side. Is this normal, does the swelling move up? Did anyone have this? We have emailed Dr H a pic and waiting for a respond. Just curious how many penis pictures that poor man must get in his inbox weekly!
Started My baby can read and not super impressed. I feel as if this is the equivalent of what I was doing on my own with them with my own flashcards. We'll see how it goes.
I have parent teacher conferences today for our older 2. Wish me luck! You just never know.

Amy, I just moved from the Orlando area and do NOT want to move back. I will take my 4 seasons and cold and snow any ol' day compared to the humid hot unbearable summers in Fl

OK, took DS to the dentist and it turns out that he has 2 baby teeth (the same one on either side of his lower jaw) that are fused to the bone, so next month he has to have these removed so the adult teeth can come in. Also have 2 of 3 kids that need to be evaluated for braces. FUN and $$$$$ as insurance covers none of it. I am guessing all of my tests came out somewhat ok since the dr has not called since. Tomorrow I go for my official first appointment with my PCP, so maybe she can tell me something, though I REALLY dislike the med they have me on, makes me feel like I cannot breathe and I am starting to couch, kinda that occasional tickle in your through cough or the kind when you have been breathing cold air.

Tiff--I like to do things myself so I understand. I can also understand not wanting to move while pg, but it won't get easier with a little one:) Not my business, are you moving to IN for a job? I can't imagine leaving AZ or anyplace warm right now!
Thanks you to all who posted about your warm weather, I need to to go find a cave and hibernate;)

Tiff trust me on this one, move while preg and not with a newborn!! I have done both and while preg you can still pack and unpack (just have others do the lifting) with a newborn it is a LOT harder cause you have the little one to deal with

oh and I cannot believe that I just spent $75 on one month of vitamins!! I bought 2 bottles of fertility aid for men and 1 bottle of motility boost, we are doing 6 pills of the fertility aid for the next 2 months, hoping that the next SA is unneeded and we have those 2 pink lines.

Hey Everyone!
Tiff, I feel so bad for you that your SD acts that way. I hope it gets better as she gets older.
Amy, I love Florida!
Sportykids, I hope the doctor calls or emails soon! Please let us know what they say. I will be thinking of you (and him!)
Jenn, How are you holding up with your weather? I am not a fan of cold weather and even worse when it snows. I like it for about a day and then I am over it!
Kirsten, Gosh you have so much going on! I hope your LOs get through the teeth pulling and braces easily! The dentist isnt a fun place for kids, much less adults.
Everything here is ok. It snowed/iced last night so pre-school was cancelled and my husband couldnt go to work. We have been inside all day playing go fish and other games. Weird that we were wearing shorts and in the hot tub a few days ago and now we are stuck inside because it is SO COLD outside. It is getting down to 8 tonight! We are in Tx so we are not used to THIS COLD of weather.
I will be testing on Thursday or Friday. Unless I start my period before then. I went to the dr yesterday. They took blood and I went on my way. They will call me and let me know about my progesterone. Hopefully it's all good! I will let you know what they say. Thats all for now. I hope all of you are having a good evening!

Kirsten, those vitamins add up FAST, don't they!?!? So hoping that you won't need that new SA either. drybottoms, GL with the testing later this week! What part of TX are you in? We used to live in Abilene, and I remember when we first moved there, we ended up getting like 5-6 inches of snow one winter. No one seemed to get our excitement over the cold white fluffy stuff. (DH was born and raised in Alaska, and we'd both lived in WA for years, so cold and snow was what we're used to) lol Good times!

so sorry to hear that...why does medication have to make you feel worse to make you better! Wish it wasn't that way.
