GRRR well I went to my first appointment with my new PCP, LOVE HER, but when I was checking in for the appointment my cardio called and said they wanted to up my atenolol to 50 mcg a day and that once they got the official MRI report, they would schedule me for a ENS test and then an ablation. I never thought to ask them about upping the meds with how I was breathing, but Thank God I was at the dr.'s. I asked my PCP and she said I should definitely call them, then she did the exam and decided I should do a breathing test. That showed that my breathing is decreased so now I get a new med Good news is that at this point it looks like I do NOT have ARVD (the bad option)

Mandy - Yikes! -5, really? I don't like the cold and that is just beyond cold.
Kirsten - Sorry you have a new med, but it's good that it isn't the bad thing. When do you schedule the ablation? A friend of mine has had several over the years.
Sportykids - I'd rather he didn't travel. We get along better when he is plugged in to what is going on at home. Also, I miss having someone else to share parenting with on a daily basis. Being a single parent throughout the week is exhausting. I homeschool so my kids are with me 24/7. I do have a teen that will watch the younger two so I get out with friends during the week every now and then. That helps:)
AFM, I got my smiley face today so it looks like O is just 1 day late. I typically O the day after my surge - or at least that is what I observed back when I was charting. DH will be back from his trip at midnight so I told him to be prepared to take care of business when he gets home;-). So, my new test date is the day after Valentines Day. I'm going to go hit the dreadmill now.

Mandy, we have decided that the VR is as far as we are willing to go for both financial reasons and religious reasons.
sporty--Do you mean annulment? Yes I am Catholic, a convert but I have a knowledgeable hubby!

Hey Carrie, Yeah I meant annulment! LOL. See how much I have to learn about it! :-) I have met with the priest and have a general idea of what needs to be done but was looking to hear a first hand experience. I hear price is negotiable??? Anyways, another thing on the to do list not that we are in good financial standings. Thanks for the links, I have to look at them when I get back. I have very mixed emotions about this situation.
Shel- I was teasing about your DH. :-) I know what you mean about feeling like a single parent. My DH works shift work and certain months it definitely feels like we don't see much of him. Although I don't homeschool, instead I take in other peoples kids! Ha...
Leslie- good vibes sent your way...Start the baby serenade's now! :-)

Sporty- I do not know about the $$$ part, but my DH brother was married and divorced previously and my now SIL was also (but she was Mormon). She converted to catholism and at that time she started trying to get the annulment proceeding accomplished. In the end, BIL refused to go through with it because he did not feel that he could agree to the terms that the annulment stated about the marriage being doomed from the beginning and such. This was about 5 years ago. Ironically, his ex wife had a freak accident and died, so I guess they could officially have there marriage recognized as valid and blessed. In our diocese Sioux City, the $ is $350. Often the diocese has the info on their website if you search it. As for negotiable, that is probably a case by case basis.

BFN this morning and afternoon. AF still hasn't showed, but I'm sure she'll be here tomorrow. My face has broke out, BB are super sore, the norm. Onto Feb. O and POAS. Lesie - YAY for the smiley face! Mandy - We will definately not do IVF and we agreed to only try for 1 year (I will be 40 in November and VR in Nov). If I'm not pregnant by September, I MAY be able to talk him into IUI (it's covered by our insurance) but it will be hard to convience him. He wants to be able to do this naturally, but who knows by then what he'll say. Cindy - LOL about your sister. I'm in a funk....tired and DH and I got into a arguement last night so I didn't sleep well. We also just cancelled our Vegas trip that we were supposed to go on next weekend with my High School friends. I'm sad and bummed. Also, we're only on #2 TTC and are already feeling the pressure. I promised myself and him that we wouldn't let it be so stressful but it's happending anyway . On a side note, I got his FB in the mail today, so he can start it tonight. We'll see if that helps and he doesn't scar over. I'm soooo freaked out about him scarring over and all of this is WASTED for nothing. I'm sure it's ALL PMS and will chalk it up to that. I'm craving Taco Bell and don't want to cook tonight....

Poo! Tiff, so sorry about the BFN, I am still hoping and praying for you! Don't be too hard on yourself about the stress, how to not get stressed out over this kind of thing, it will all be okay. I hate PMS fights, I always amplify EVERYTHING and it frustrates me knowing that I let the PMS control me. My PMS is kicking into high gear too and I caved to a craving for McD's french fries! Have your Taco Bell and feel no guilt about it.

Carrie - agree, my PMS RULES a week out of my month. I'm horrible. I don't like McDonalds, but I do love their fries, but after seeing something so creepy, I have not eaten them since.
I had gotten a Diet Coke and a Large Fry one day and I had one of my babies with me (Lhasa Apso), so I gave her some fries. TWO DAYS LATER, she threw up and the fries were completely the same same and not digested at all. It goes to show you how many preserativities are in them. I was horrified. ICK. My poor lil girl has those fries in her belly all that time because they didn't digest....no more fries. LOL
Thank you for the kind words:-) I appreciate them alot.

ok I am irritated with my cardiologist. They were supposed to call in a new prescription and call me to tell me what they planned, but never did either. Now I do not know if I should take my current med or not and add to that I am feeling more pvcs

Tiff, I'm so sorry about the BFN. I know what you mean about starting to stress over it. I did that too, even though I swore I wouldn't. I think it's just natural to try and do everything possible to increase your odds. It's hard to find that perfect balance.
Kirsten, sorry that the docs aren't on top of things. I bet that's making this whole thing a LOT more frustrating.

Mandy - I would die if it was -5 out here. It was a balmy 75 here today. Going to be back in the 40s tomorrow though. We also have no plans to go any further than the VR, except a possible redo this summer. As of November we had zero sperm and we haven't gotten it checked since then.

Cindy - your DH is more brave than mine. He would never have a re-do. He had ALOT of pain on the right side and sobbed. It was horrible. I won't make him go thru that again:-(
