Meeting went well. Classes start April 12th and last 10 weeks. Which is good because we have a lot of preparations to do before the home inspection. I hate having an old house sometimes. We have to update a lot of things and get some safety stuff.
Cindy - Fx for you for the job and AF staying away!
Shel - Please pass along some of your energy! I never have that feeling of having to run, but I would like it!

Lifesabeach- glad the meeting went well. At least you will have something to keep you occupied over the next few weeks, getting ready for the home inspection. House repairs can be frustrating but so fun at the same time.
Cindy- make sure to tell us about the interview.
Shel- I am so jealous about your energy level. Once I get cleared to do something more than walk at a sedate pace, I have to try and do something, I just think any form of exercise is a 4 letter word. And no- I really do not have anyone in real life to talk to. Since all this I have had a few RL friends on FB message me to see how I was, but not one person has called at all, not even the church. Kinda makes you realize where you are in life and is rather depressing.
rant time- my brother is coming over a lot as he is lonely, which is fine, but he falls asleep everywhere! In the living room watching tv- and he SNORES! Most of the time it is the kids beds, which frustrates them as he tears the bed apart and they have to make him get out when it is time for them to go to bed. Last night he went and slept in my bed and I HATE other people in my bed, if someone sleeps there, then I have to change and wash all the bedding. This am, I made him get up off the couch and he went to my bed!!! Not sure how to handle this as he just doesn't see anything wrong with how he is.

Hey Ladies!
I've been reading but haven't been writing. As I've said before, baseball and softball is in full swing. My Youngest son fielded a ball in his game on Sunday and got a nice looking shiner. Ball took a bad hop and popped him. It was a pretty ugly injury. Kept him home from school Monday strictly because the eye was swollen shut. He's opening it a little more day by day, it's just 4 different shades of purple now. I'm bringing him to the dr tomorrow, on his birthday, to check the eye out. There is some bruising to the white of his eye that I want to get it looked at. I've heard horror stories of how the retena can discconet from behind. Luckily the injury occured late in the afternoon Sunday and during the last game. I haven't been home more than a couple hours all weekend. This weekend is the same, soccer and baseball tournament. This is when I really appreciate my DH, we divide and end up conquering it all! And he never complains.
Shel- your such an inspiration with your determination to keep on keeping on! Go girl!
Cindy- Fingers crossed....Give us an update!
Kews- I know about brothers all too well. Mine come over and jump right on my computer, which drives me crazy! I have some things on here in my favorites, like this site, that are personal! My youngest one comes and crashes on the sofa all the time. I gave them both a key which I guess wasn't the smartest move. I love them to death but at times I do have to set boundaries. Your's is in a delicate situation right now, it's a tough spot your in.
Lifesabeach- That's an awesome reason to update the home! Congrats on taking the first step. It takes special people to endure the process. Good luck with everything and keep us all posted!
AFM- Today is CD16 and still not positive OPK. I guess I thought I always ovulated btwn cd12-14, but I see maybe I've been wrong! I'm going to test again today and hopefully today or tomorrow will be the day. We've been BD'ing since CD7 so needless to say I'm a little worn out now, LOL. I love the excitment it provides in the bedroom but boy it would have been nice to already have seen that positive OPK and have a night off at this point. There's only so much BD'ing a busy girl can take! :-) He's enjoying the uncertainy of my O day!
My cousin/BFF had a baby girl last Thursday, St. Patty's day! She's precious and perfect in every way. Fun to be around. Girls are running rampant!
Happy Hump Day Ya'll!

Christie- on the computer what operating software do you have? We have Windows Xp and we can set up sides the computer, so I have my side that is password protected and then a guest side. So if I am not on, I just lock my side and no one can access any of my websites or documents (well Dh can as he knows the password). We did this for all the computers in the house and it works great for privacy. My brother also uses our computers and I really don't want him using mine (he get's on my FB account as he does not have one and I HATE that).
Pray for me, really bad cramps today. I believe they are intestinal and my body is trying to get rid of all the meds that have been pumped into me the past two weeks. But it is horrid, I am drinking coffee like it is going out of style to get things moving, but not fun. I have the choice, sit there and cry while trying to get through it, or sing a worship song. I am choosing the worship song and by the time I get through one verse, the pains start to go away.

Hey y'all. The interview got postponed due to an emergency that the interviewer had pop up. She's supposed to call back to reschedule. Also still no sign of AF. Have had some cramping and have gone to the bathroom several times last night and today just knowing that she was here, but so far no sign of her.
Diana - Glad to hear that the meeting went well.
Kirsten - Have the cramps stopped yet? Isn't it amazing how singing a worship song, or even listening to one sometimes eases the pain?

Cindy- yes they stopped, thank God. Just getting things moving and all those drugs out of me was not fun. Sorry about the interview being canceled, hopefully you won't have to wait too long. Hmmm I like AF being late, how late will you let her be before you test?
ETA: Bad afternoon. A friend from church just announced on FB that she is due 5 days before my due date would have been. I had always wanted to be pregnant with a friend, now I know it will be hard for awhile to see her.

I'm sorry, Kirsten:( I know that feeling. My girlfriend just gave birth to her little boy and we were 2 weeks apart; however, I see him as hope that I actually might ctt this time It's tough and there will be more of those announcements. Seek refuge in the Lord. ((HUGS)) I got my numbers back from today's draw. They went from 1913 on Monday to 11, 240 today. That is a crazy jump. Progesterone is up from 66 to 83. Not sure what happened in the last 3 days, but I am encouraged. They were trying to push for me to have an u/s tomorrow or Monday. She said, "I can't make you, " to which I kindly responded, "no, you cant and I want to enjoy my trip to Italy." So, my u/s is scheduled for 9:45am April 8, the day after we return from our trip. At this point, I am going away very optimistic. I am still very shocked by the significant jump in the hcg level, but I'll take it:)

Shel, that is a big jump. I am ok with her being pregnant and happy for her, it just is when she is due that is hard. One of my friends is actually having twins today and I cannot wait to see pics.
My betas were not back today, so guess I will see what the Dr says tomorrow. I also am going to be asking for him to rerun my thyroid labs, mt blood sugar and my iodine, feeling odd in the afternoons till about 30 mins after dinner.
Hope everyone has a good day

Kirsten, how high did your hcg get with this pg?

2367, it was almost exactly doubling every 48 hrs until the Wed I went into the ER and that day it had only gone up a few 100.
With your jump so high, they would be concerned with a few things and knowing you are going out of town would be why they would push sooner for a U/S. But with that high a level they should see something, if not a heart beat on ultrasound by now. try and not worry too much, praying for you as I know that is virtually impossible.

Kirsten - No AF yet, but I'm pretty sure she is on the way. Have had horrible cramps today and some spotting. I'm bummed about it, but expected it since the zero count. I just wanted my miracle. I know that's why I held off on POAS because I didn't want to see that BFN. No news yet on the interview either.

Cindy- darn AF and that miracle will come, probably when you least expect it too, seems to be the way they work.

Shel - Wow what a big jump in numbers! What day are you leaving for Italy? Hope you have a great time.
Kirsten - Thanks! I know my miracle will come, but after waiting 15 years for dh to ever think about, much less getting a reversal done I am overly anxious.
Just sitting here on the laptop and just felt a horrible pain and some tenderness in my back around my kidney. Hoping it's not another kidney stone.

Cindy- I never have had a kidney stone but can sympathize with that pain, I hope you feel better soon and it is NOT a stone.
